長野市にある豚ソバ専門店『麺屋 晴』の「晴式豚ソバ」（900円）。煮干し、昆布を中心にサバ節、ウルメ節、宗田鰹の節、かつおなどで作る和ダシスープ。あっさりだけど、ゴワゴワの極太麺が絡み、食べ応えありの一杯。さすがの量で野菜増しは出来なかったけど、こだわりありの美味しいラーメンでした！

"Harushiki Pork Soba" (900 yen) from the pork buckwheat specialty store "Menya Haru" in Nagano City. Japanese broth soup made with dried sardines and kelp, mainly mackerel flakes, urume flakes, Soda bonito flakes, bonito, etc. It's light, but it's entangled with thick noodles, and it's a satisfying cup to eat. I couldn't increase the number of vegetables, but it was a delicious ramen with passion!
