豚骨と鶏ガラを長時間炊いたという濃厚クリーミースープ。麺はやや太麺かつ自家製手もみ麺。野菜炒めは秘伝のタレを使っているそうでボリュームある一杯🍜😋
ポタージュ好きの自分としては麺を食べた後、野菜の秘伝のタレが相まったスープ、最高です👍
