お店の看板メニューであるカップケーキ。
今回食べたのはアメリカンチェリーでした。
上からチェリークリーム、コンポート、カスタード、生クリーム、スポンジ、パイ生地。
チェリークリームに程良い甘さの生クリームやカスタードが相性抜群。
スポンジと食べたら贅沢なケーキになってパイ生地が食感のアクセントになるので最後まで飽きずに食べられます。
現在はブルーベリーシリーズになっているので、そちらも気になるところ。

I had American cherries this time.
➅From the top, cherry cream, compote, custard, whipped cream, sponge and pie dough.
Fresh cream and custard with moderate sweetness go well with cherry cream.
If you eat it with a sponge, it becomes a luxurious cake and the pie dough gives an accent to the texture, so you can eat it without getting tired of it until the end.
It's a blueberry series now, so I'm also interested in that.
