長野県中野市にある『麺道 夢幻（むげん）』。2019年の台風19号被害を乗り越えて長野市から移転オープンしました。3年ぶりに頼んだのは「極鶏そば」（900円）。地鶏のガラと丸鶏を水のみで長時間炊き上げた濃厚鶏白湯。濃くがあるのにしつこすぎない黄金スープ。麺は全粒粉でやや太麺。しっかりスープに絡み、絶品ラーメンでした！

"Mendo Mugen" is located in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture. After overcoming the damage caused by Typhoon No. 19 in 2019, it was relocated and reopened from Nagano City. For the first time in three years, I ordered "Gokudori Soba" (900 yen). Rich chicken broth made by cooking local chicken bones and whole chicken only with water for a long time. A golden soup that is thick but not too persistent. The noodles are whole wheat flour and slightly thick. It was well entangled in the soup, and it was an exquisite ramen!
