名古屋の超有名シリーズ続けます！今回は名駅エリア1番のおしゃれラーメン店、麺家獅子丸を紹介します！以前に紹介をした、半蔵のグループの2店舗目のお店です。紹介済みの同グループの店舗、幸先坂は『和』を、こちらの獅子丸は『洋』をテーマにラーメンを提供されているそうです！実際に、店内はカフェのような雰囲気をしており、ジャズも流れていました！来店時には、『人気No.1』と店外の看板に書かれていた獅子丸ぱいたんらぁめんを注文しました。まず、ミキサーで泡立てられた真っ白な白湯スープの美しさに目を奪われました。このスープは、鰹や鯖、あごだし、昆布の和風だしに豚骨と鶏ガラから抽出したスープが合わせられているそうで、とても奥深い味わいでした！さらに、このスープに北海道産小麦を使用した自家製麺がたっぷりと絡み、1度でも麺を啜り始めたら止まりませんでした！次回は、スタッフさん一押しの伊勢海老らぁめんをいただいてみたいです！

This is the second shop of the Hanzo group that I introduced earlier. The group's already introduced shop, Saisakizaka, is offering ramen with the theme of "Wa", and this Shishimaru is offering ramen with the theme of "Western"! In fact, the inside of the shop had a cafe-like atmosphere, and jazz was playing! When I went there, I ordered the Shishimaru Paitan Ramen, which was written on the signboard outside the store as "Popular No. 1".
