先日大阪に行ってきた。
「大阪一のラーメンが食べたい🍜」と友人に聞いたところこちらを勧められたのだ。
後に東京本店のオープン時にも突撃することになるのだが笑笑
夜に行ったが、大阪夏はとにかく暑い。
並びがえぐい。平日だ。
2時間は待つのだ。これは期待値が大きい。
喉が渇くとスープで水分補給をしたくなるのが常だが、今回はそんな下品なことはできず。
なかなかのビジュアルではないか。
見たこともない。店舗もミスチルが掛かってる。
魯山人の皿が如きオリジナル性に感嘆とした。
濃い茶色が美しい。
スープを口に含むとそこにはケレン味なき、素材の究極が表現されていた。
麺だって自家製麺だ。
関西の甘さ。これに惚れる者は多かろう。
そしてトッピングもまた余念がない。
こんなに脂って旨いのか。としか言えない。
この肉は私は惚れたのだ。
焼豚マヨ丼もたまらん。なんやあの甘っぽいうまいタレは！
完飲！

I went to Osaka the other day.

recommended this restaurant.
I'd later go to the Tokyo branch when it opened.
We went there at night, but it's very hot in Osaka in summer.
The line up is really bad.It's a weekday.
It was a weekday and we had to wait for two hours.This is a high expectation.
Whenever I get thirsty, I want to drink some soup to rehydrate myself, but I couldn't do that this time.
It's quite a visual, isn't it?
I've never seen it before.The store also has mischievous music hanging on it.
I was amazed at the originality of the plate, like a plate by Rosanjin.
The dark brown color is beautiful.
When you take a sip of the soup, you can see the ultimate expression of the ingredients without any harshness.
Even the noodles are homemade.
The sweetness of the Kansai region.There must be many people who fall in love with this.
And there was no shortage of toppings.
I can't believe that fat is so good.That's all I can say.
I fell in love with this meat.
I can't get enough of the grilled pork with mayo.What is that sweet and tasty sauce!
