お店の外には干物がズラーリと干してあり、娘は、興味深くクンクン♬笑
自家製干物は、添加物など一切使わず、四季折々の素材のうま味を生かした昔ながらの手造り天日干しにこだわってるとのこと。仕入れから製造、販売まで全て家族だけでやられて先代から受け継いだ味を守り続けているそうです！
おすすめを伺いましたら「あじの干物！」ということで５枚購入！なんと！ふぐの干物をオマケでつけてもらっちゃいました！
いかの塩辛の試食！新鮮ないかゴロリと入って濃厚！これは買うしかないでしょ！というくらい絶品なお味！これ、美味しすぎて1日でひと瓶なくなってしまったんです・・・笑
最後にお茶までご馳走していただき、ホッコリしてしまうお店でした！
“Yamakuni Shoten” is an impressive string shop in Ito. There are dried fish outside the shop, and my daughter is curiously kunkun ♬ lol Their homemade dried fish are made using traditional sun-dried methods that bring out the flavors of the seasonal ingredients without using any additives. It seems that everything from purchasing to manufacturing to sales is done by the family alone, and they continue to protect the taste inherited from their predecessors! When I asked for a recommendation, I bought 5 of them because they said, "Dried horse mackerel!" Oh my God! I got dried puffer fish as a bonus! Squid salted fish tasting! It's fresh or not, and it's rich! You have to buy this! It tastes so exquisite! This was so delicious that I ran out of one bottle in one day...lol At the end, I was treated to tea, and it was a shop that made me feel relieved!
