せっかく紫陽花を紹介したので、名古屋の超有名シリーズやります！名古屋最強の醤油が紫陽花だったら、塩はこのお店になると思います！今回は、食べログ百名店にも選ばれ、今やロサンゼルスにまで支店を持つ大行列店、如水を紹介します！日本には本店と西春店が存在していますが、どちらも常に行列を作っています。しかし、食券制ではなく、列に並んでいる間にメニュー表を渡され、ゆっくりと選ぶことができたり、お子様用のラーメンも用意されていたりと、非常にお気遣いを感じるお店でした！来店時は、看板メニューの塩ラーメンを注文しようと思ってましたが、担々麺の美しいビジュアルに惹かれ、そちらを注文しました。辛さは控えめながらも、玉ねぎの食感や、黒胡麻の香ばしい風味を楽しむことができました！また、麺は担々麺に珍しく極細麺でしたが、これが超濃厚スープに絡んで、今まで体験したことがない美味しさを感じました！早く名物の塩ラーメンをいただきに行きたいです🚗
