Followed by English translation. 🍜麺屋 そにどり 🍥 全部入り醤油らーめん（1150円） 📍: 三重県四日市市堀木2丁目10−20 🅿️: 有り ･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･ 海神に続いて県外有名店シリーズ！今回は、2017年にオープンした三重屈指の実力派行列店、そにどりを紹介します！すぐ近くには蜂の葦葉も店を構えているので四日市民はラーメンに困ることはなさそうです。名前に『どり』 と入っているので、鶏系のラーメンを提供されていると思いきや、煮干しの香りが強いお店でした。ちなみにそにどりは、カワセミの古名だそうです🦜 来店時には、豪華に全部入りらーめんを注文しました。注文した品が届くとすぐに煮干しの芳醇な香りが漂いました！スープは、煮干しの旨味が先に来て、その後に鶏の風味が広がっていく感じでした。ワンタンには大きなぷりっぷりの海老が入っており、食べ応え抜群でした！その中でも私は麺の印象が特に残ってます。いただいた麺は、細麺かつストレート麺で、北海道産と三重県産の小麦をブレンドした自家製麺だそうです！少し遠いですが、次は白醤油らーめんにも挑戦してみたいです🚗 ･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･ 🍜Menya Sonidori 🍥Soy sauce ramen with all toppings（1150yen） 📍: 2-10-20, Horiki, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture 🅿️: Available ･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･‥･ Following Kaizin, a series of famous shops outside the prefecture!
