All the shop are in line, but you can take a seat immediately with a tremendous turnover rate🙄 When I looked at the menu to order tsukemen, there was still a limited quantity left, so I ordered Maruwa chukasoba! This shop mainly has two kinds of soup, and the Maruwa I ordered is a rich soup made by boiling pork bones🐖 and chicken bones🐓 for more than 15 hours. The other Karoku soup is a traditional soup with a faint bonito broth🐟 As soon as I arrived, I was able to have the bowl right away! The soup had a very rich and rich taste without betraying this appearance! What's more, this big pork was easy to chew with a trotter regardless of its appearance, and the soup was soaked in it, so it was excellent!
