まんぷくに続いてえびそばシリーズ！今回は、仙台に位置するえびそばの名店、えび助を紹介します！仙台市内で牛タンをいただこうと散策している際、えびの香ばしい香りに誘われて入店しました。メニューは、海老の旨味を最大限引き出した濃厚スープの『海老そばガツン』や、海老出汁を鶏ガラスープに合わせたバランスばっちしの『元祖海老そば』、シンプルなつけ麺などがありました。魅力的なメニューが多くどれを注文しようか迷ってしまいましたが、『元祖 一本叉焼海老そば』を注文しました！また、えび油の増量が無料だったのでもちろん増しました！1杯に60匹の海老が使用されているというスープは、口に含んだ瞬間から海老の旨味が爆発し、麺を啜ることを忘れて飲み続けしまう程でした。鶏ガラと合わせられているということで、今までに感じたことがない味わいのスープでした。次に仙台を訪れた際は、海老の旨味を直に感じられる『海老そばガツン』もいただいてみたいです！

When I was taking a walk in Sendai city to try beef tongue, I was invited by the fragrant scent of shrimp to enter the shop. The menu included "Ebi Soba Gatsun," a rich soup that maximizes the flavor of shrimp, "Ganso Ebi Soba," which is a well-balanced combination of shrimp soup stock and chicken soup stock, and simple Tsukemen. There are many attractive menus and I was wondering which one to order, but I ordered "Ganso Ippon-yaki Shrimp Soba"! Also, the amount of shrimp oil was free, so of course it increased! The soup, which uses 60 shrimp in one cup, exploded the taste of the shrimp from the moment it was put in the mouth, and I forgot to sip the noodles and continued to drink.
